Much really felt that in some ways he'd hit the ground running in this whole coming back to life lark. Immediately he had fallen straight back into the thick of life with the Merry Men - complicated as it was at the moment - and he'd had the weekend to catch up with Tuck and Alan, if not the others, yet. He was already getting itchy feet at the parsonage, and wanted out of Tuck's choice of spare clothes - he could be grateful and critical at the same time, easy.
Much wanted everything all at once. He wanted the gang back together, he wanted revenge on the shitheads who had been invading their lives, he wanted to be righting the world, as well as making his own way in it. He wanted a purpose that would make every one of these things fall into place. He wanted a caramel frappuccino.
This last one was the easiest. He'd borrowed some money from Tuck and headed out for a walk, taking his coffee for a walk through the city to the park, because Much wanted something green around him, too. Had he always been so full of wanting?
At least the world had answered his wanting for coffee, and, wonderfully, miraculously, with the sight of his old friend, at the bridge. His heart lifted and his face broke into a grin. "Oi git!" He shouted at Robin, startling some ducks as he broke into a run towards him.
