"Oh of course, we spent a lot of time in here together. That's her chair there." David pointed to a second wicker chair that was partially hidden by a lemon tree. The little cat jumped gracefully out of the pots and stared at them both, ears flicking.
"She wants to play, the little minx. Her claws can be a little sharp if she grabs your ankles so beware." He moved along the seedling planters, checking on them, deciding they were a little dry, adding more water. "I'm going to have to make sure I set up the irrigation system properly on the timer. Come look around. There are herbs along that side. I love the smell of them."
