Will seemed to be closely examining the whole grain loaf directly in front of him. It did look quite delicious, but he hadn't yet decided if he was going to purchase anything or simply pretend to be interested. I do need bread... Instead, he allowed this young woman to continue with her own purchase before deciding to move on or stay.
He offered her a charming smile when she responded. How many people had he run into here who would have ignored him? How many people would have simple said it's okay and gone on with their browsing? Too many to count. Will was ever a ball of boyish energy, not unlike his good pal Robin. He did not have a difficult time putting on a charming face even when he was tired and just wanted to lie down. He enjoyed a good conversation just as much as he enjoyed helping others.
He glanced at her bag and chuckled, "Looks as though you've made quite a steal. If you purchase much more you'll need another bag, or a helping hand," he teased before returning to glance around the booth. These breads really did look nicely made.
