"They just took her," Jesse moaned. "They took her, and they clobbered Isaiah, and I am so fucking over this shit happening." He clenched his hand into a fist, trying to resist the urge to punch a nearby tree. All that would do is break his hand.
"I don't want us to move him ourselves, I'll call the paramedics," Jesse said, once he'd gotten more of a hold on himself. He stepped away, digging out his phone and placing the call. He gave the address to the operator, and hung up once she promised they were on their way.
