There were so many things that Orpheus couldn't give Eurydice, and he knew that her not being able to have a child really pulled at her self-worth. She had so many things she could do, but motherhood was something she'd dreamed of. A dream that he had helped destroy.
He'd do any little thing to keep her happy, so as frivolous as some things may be, Orpheus knew it meant something to her. They were together after all, and that kind of time still felt rather short in comparison to how long they had been apart.
