"Of course," he said, giving her what he hoped was a supportive smile. Then he busied himself making a snack for Patroclus, just in case he needed something to eat.
Patroclus spent longer than necessary under the warm water, but when the last of the blood had washed away and the water started to cool, he stepped out of the shower and reached for his towel. Thomas' loose t-shirt looked like a tight muscle tee on Patroclus, but at least it fit. He pulled on the sweat pants as well, grateful they weren't too tight. His bloody clothes were placed in a plastic bag, and then he headed downstairs to where Roxanna and Thomas were.
"I think I feel human again," he said quietly. "Coffee smells good."
