WHO: Lena, Thomas, Jamie, Roxanna?
WHAT: Weed. Lots of weed.

It may have seemed like an odd thing to go out of her way to buy drugs for her addict husband, but Thomas had been the victim of circumstances. He didn't really have an addictive personality, he had started using Vicodin which had been legally prescribed to him after brain surgery and then he had been abducted by a demon who kept him drugged up to his eyeballs in heroin for days, until the idea of living without opiates in his blood seemed ridiculous.

Pot was not going to be a problem. What was a problem was Thomas refusing any pain medication which could actually help him because opiates. He had been in a serious car accident and needed to manage his pain somehow!

Purchasing the marijuana from her parents went without hassle, and they even undercharged her significantly. They had initially offered it for free, but she had insisted on paying, lest they see this as a sign and simply bring weed around to her house every time they visited from then on. This kept it business. She even managed to find her old bong in a box of her childhood and teenage things which had been haphazardly shoved in a closet and labelled 'not drug paraphernalia' by a seventeen-year-old Lena who thought that was somehow hilarious.

When she returned home, she closed the door behind her and then called out to Jamie and Roxanna. "I'm home! I have returned and I didn't get arrested!"

From the bedroom there came a worried voice. "Uh...do-do I want to know why you being arrested was a possibility?" her husband called to her.

"Don't worry about it!" she chimed back in a sing-songy voice.

	Jamie heard the front door open and close, then Lena's voice came floating up the stairs. He traipsed down the stairs, Roxanna following a bit behind him. "Mission accomplished, I take it?" he asked. Hopefully this meant his dad was one step closer to not being in pain at all hours of the day and night. (Reply to this) (Thread)

	"Mission accomplished!" she said cheerfully, pulling a large brick of weed out of her purse. "I feel like a teenager again, it's ridiculous. Also look." She placed the marijuana on the counter and pulled out her old bong to show them. "Look how not cool I was. Though this one is actually nice because you can put ice in it." 	Jamie laughed. "It's actually kind of awesome, and very you." Roxanna looked confused when Lena mentioned the ice. "Softens the hit," Jamie explained, seeing the look on her face. 	Lena just looked amused as she headed for the kitchen. She wanted to prepare everything now. That way Thomas couldn't see it and tell them not to bother. She opened the freezer to retrieve some ice and then rejoined Roxanna and Jamie. "If he tries to refuse this, both of you have to help me. Hell, we'll just close the door and hot box him." 	Lena grinned at Jamie, "good plan, kid," she said. She made her way into the bedroom with Jamie and Roxanna behind her. "So...I brought you-" "Bong!" Thomas called out, lighting up immediately. 	"Plans are good," Thomas said with a nod as he let Lena help prop him up. Then he took the bong and the very pink lighter from Lena the second she had packed the bowl. He lit it and inhaled no less than four times as it bubbled away. "Oh god, yeah,-" Thomas leaned back against the pillows and he smiled at them all. "Getting there," Thomas said with a chuckle. "But I'm having more in a moment, so if anyone else wants some, they'd better hurry."

Lena snorted and packed a new bowl, lighting up for herself. She only took two hits though, not wanting to lose control here at all.

"Oh god," Thomas said again, as the painkilling effect of the drugs worked it's magical goodness. "Oh god, I'm gonna cry."
