"I- I don't-" Lena realised she was still holding the phone and she brought it back to her ear. "Is he okay?" she asked, her voice small. The answer made her close her eyes in horror, tears squeezing out and running down her cheeks. "Okay. Yes. I understand."
Lena hung up and looked over at Jamie. "He's in the ICU. He's- We need to go see him."
