Lil jumped up, not willing to wait to see her father since she had been the one to find him on the floor. She grabbed Maddy's hand and grabbed her older sister with her towards her father's room, where he was stretched out in a hospital bed, but awake and alert. Lil skidded to a halt beside his bed and grabbed onto the side guards. "Dad!" She cried out, and while she knew he couldn't answer, she notice him try to smile at her. Then he flailed his arms in her direction, and she understood. "Mom is still undergoing testing, but she woke up!"
