WHO: Patroclus, Roxanna and perhaps a skulky Perseus :D WHAT: Talking about Hermes WHEN: Before the Loch Ness thing. WHERE: Kemp House WARNINGS: Talk of sexual assault/rape/trauma
Patroclus had never imagined having to tell another girlfriend about his altercation with Hermes and Peitho. Perhaps that was naive of him, but he had expected his relationship with Helen to last. It hadn't, and now here he was. And of course he'd just happened to end up dating the aggressor's daughter. Why wouldn't he?
Roxanna was important enough to Patroclus to try, and despite wanting to pretend it had never happened and never wanting to talk about it again, he found himself on her doorstop, waiting anxiously for the door to open. He was carrying a single white carnation, because coming over empty handed seemed rude, especially when he was about to burden her with some terrible things.
He simply couldn't not tell her. They hadn't slept together yet, and there was no way Patroclus was going to progress that far without being honest. If it was too much for her, he would understand.
