When they got to the wedding reception, it was GORGEOUS. Zoe kinda stood off to the side as she looked at the beautiful white flowers, roses, lilies and orchids, white twinkling lights, tables with white linens and gold utensils. It was so beautiful and she smiled if someone spoke to her but there was a sadness in her eyes that she was trying to hide.

Samson whimpered as they left without him. It was the weekend, usually he got to go to the park. They were dressed nice though and Greed had on his fancy cologne, so they were going to be gone for a while. This was where Greed and the dog had an understanding. Like Samson time could stand still for Greed and feel like it was dragging when he wanted the companionship of someone that was either gone or not giving him the light of day. Maybe in some strange way what Samson missed in Jonah and Greed missed in Zoe were not so different.

Plus, she knew that he also hated the color purple but she thought the fact he loved gold but hated polka dots would be funner.

Once his tie was in place he gave her a soft smile and a nod. But by god he was still going to puke over that dress. It was going to take the ride there before it grew on him.
"Did it have to be gold dots?" At least it wasn't green or purple. Even blue would have been horrible, but it was like she was slapping it in his face in his favorite color just to get him back.

She waited a moment but then nodded and walked over to him. She started doing the tie in that knot she did and she wasn't in her heels yet so was a bit shorter. She stood on her tiptoes and offered a brief smile at the silliness of it as she finished doing it up.

She hadn't knotted one for him in months, this time actually called for it. He wasn't asking because she'd said something or even wanted to lorde it over her. It kept him from looking at her nasty polka dots and finished up his look. He donned this outfit sans coat and just kept it fresh, clean and somewhat punkish with the new hair. This hair didn't call for a coat, not today. Besides, the shirt he wore showed off all the right things. Greed looped the tie around his neck and asked in a quiet voice, "Could you...?"
