Nicholas groaned a little in his sleep, but he definitely scootched over to allow Jesse to climb into the bed with himself and JJ. When the trip began he hadn't expected to be cuddled up in a bed with JJ at all, but he wasn't about to complain.
Loosening his grip on JJ, he turned and wrapped his arms around Jesse, falling asleep again almost instantly against the other man's back.
In the morning, Jayden woke up earlier than he usually did on a weekend. Jesse was here. The only person Jayden was sure cared about him in the world was in the house and it was brightening Jayden's mood considerably. He actually had an appetite today because he knew he wouldn't spend the day with people he was sure hated him (nor did he know the dire state of his father's condition). It was so nice. He felt like a weight had been lifted off his shoulders.
Jayden danced around the kitchen, tossing eggs and bacon into a pan and frying them up. He started the coffee machine and hoped the smell would rouse the others.
