Loki had been pretty pleased with himself lately, what with Thor's whole mortal-spawn announcement and subsequent fallout. He hadn't messed up Thor's life in a good, long while, so that had been fun. He moved around the city after that, causing little pockets of trouble here and there. He'd run into Sleipnir once, but that had been thoroughly annoying and he mostly ignored it.
Sigyn wandered, but Loki knew that she was more than capable of handling herself. She'd proved it enough in the time they'd been apart. He wasn't worried about her safety, or if she would return. He knew she would when she was ready.
He heard her before he saw her, the sound of her voice inside the apartment. He had to smile - she was home again. He did well enough alone, but he was always better with her standing by him. He made a lot of obvious noise at the entryway, kicking off shoes and throwing keys on the table. As someone who made a living being sneaky, he was putting on quite a show by tossing his things around.
