Poseidon gripped her wrists as she came at him like a rabied feline. He squeezed tight to break but it was like they were made of metal. It only made him angrier, driving her against the car. The alarm screamed in their ears. A woman backed up against a wall was the quickest way to distinguish the fight. He kept shoving her into the car. He wasn't going to succumb to whatever force she put on him---or pulled out of him.
"So you are strong?" He tried to cover that tightness in his voice. He'd never tangled with something quite like her, not in its raw form.
