WHO: Lilith & Envy
WHEN: Late Thursday night
WHERE: An abandoned ward of Pilgrim State Hospital.
WHAT: 'Buying' from Envy
WARNINGS: Talk of sex trafficking/rape/and related awfulness.
To talk about defiling virgins in a distant sense was fine with Lilith. What did she care for humanity and its pains?
But this person, whoever he was, had mentioned specific virgins. Specific women. Real women that were being destroyed by real men. That wasn't just ideas and thoughts. That was the blood and tears of her sisters.
No, not sisters, that wasn't a word that was hers. The feminists spoke of sisterhood and womankind and garbage like that and although it hadn't always belonged to her it did now, and the idea of these girls suffering... Lilith didn't want to just sit in her home and do nothing about that.
So late into the night she drove up to the abandoned site of the hospital, within shouting distance of the still running hospital sharing its name. The lights of it practically lit her way to the long empty one.
Lilith parked out the front, having sent a text from the road as she'd driven and made her way inside the door. (Unlocked. The man was clearly here already. She wondered if there were guards, or if the stranger had even thought of that.)
Inside her boots clicked against cement floors as she made her way through the gloomy darkness with a torch. How the hell was she supposed to find a specific ward in here? It wasn't as though there was a reception desk still running in this old place.
She realised, though, that she could feel the presence of Hell here, and it wasn't her. And so Lilith followed it.
