Victor laughed and he pocketed the wallet. "Yeah, I was really worried there for a moment." He carried the pie back to the table and sat down again. He wondered if Rose and Aislinn planned to drill Kat at all, or if they had already decided she was great. In his mind, it was impossible not to decide she was great right away.
