He grinned, hopefully in a charming way, and leaned against the door. That way he could claim he was getting Alexander situated. The Colonel didn't care what Richard did, but there was a policy to not flirt on duty. But the Colonel wasn't around to scowl at him for flirting. "You'll just have to find that one out."
"Comes with having me as a neighbor too." Then he let off a little because he should probably try and behave. At least during working hours. He shrugged at the comment, "I know how to keep myself busy so I don't go insane. I hardly stayed anywhere. You should come if you get your horse down here.
