He chuckled at that. Hearing it was a lot different then reading it. "I was 32 when I got the crown. Never sure if I should have gotten it. Granted it got me what I wanted, and with the resources I needed, but I wasn't really focused on the country." He shrugged. He had his faults, he knew that. "Also didn't help I left the completely wrong people in charge." Grinning he nodded, "same here."
"It's a shame." He'd enjoyed dressing down and speaking to his men. They were the heart of the army, and if you didn't have them you had nothing. And he always wanted to let them know he appreciated how they would fight for him.
"The neighborhood I'm in has some houses for sale. It's nice. Quiet. Most of them scowl at me though, because I keep building trebuchets."
