Hera's response was merely taking a sip of wine without saying a word. He could play his games all he liked. No matter how much she protested otherwise he would always do as he pleased. Whatever expectations she once had were killed off long ago. Pleasantries really weren't her thing anyway.

Oh, she sarcastic comments she could throw at that. As she considered her answer the gears in her brain ran double time. "Yes, of course. But you know yourself that most often when we meet it's to discuss business. You must understand my curiosity." If he had hoped for her to be a complete and conniving bitch he would be sorely disappointed.
