WHO: Hippolyta & Penthesilea
WHEN: Backdated to the afternoon of Friday, 2nd November
WHERE: The cafe Olmsted's on Third Avenue
WHAT: Amazon sisters meeting again
NOTES: I've been meaning to put this up forever, Angela! So sorry! Take your time with replying though :)
Hippolyta sat, impatient, at one of the tables in the cafe, sipping at her gin and tonic. Penthesilea would be here soon and Hippolyta had considered all week the sort of things they might say to each other. But in the end she wouldn't know until Penthesilea was there in front of her.
Once Penthesilea had killed her. Hippolyta remembered that, just as she remembered clearly every single one of her written deaths. They were all true, all real, and this one was perhaps the only one of them that Hippolyta didn't feel a sense of fury over. Hippolyta had always loved her sisters and Penthesilea's actions had never been malicious.
When Penthesilea came through the door, Hippolyta stood behind her table and waited.
