Psyche had just finished reading Hedone her bedtime story when Eros came home. She kissed her daughters forehead and hugged her goodnight before turning off the lights and closing the door.

Psyche heard the lock and then the door open and shut. She watched the entrance until she saw Eros and without a word she moved over to him. Her arms wrapped around him lovingly and she planted a sweet kiss on her his cheek. She didn't know what was going on, but she hated seeing him in this sort of mood. She would rather deal with the childish behavior than Mr Dark and Gloomy. "I made tea," she said calmly and stepped over to pour them both some.
