Zoe sighed and leaned her head back, it was such a mess that she couldn't even explain it right. She sounded defeated, "Yeah, just friends." why not, they were friends. Who did wildly inappropriate friends things together. She turned her head and looked at the girl. "I'm falling for him." she didn't sound happy about it. And she didn't know why she told Raiden. Maybe it was the pain or the creepiness of the night or maybe she just wanted a friend to confess it to.
She listened to her talk about her father and looked really uncomfortable. "A.. historical figure? Like Shakespeare or something?" now she was crossing over into lunatic territory, "You know people who are actual people, no matter how great, die right? They tend to stay dead.." she gave her another look, "A monster killed your mother..? He's.. no. No, he's not any of those things. I mean, he's been called a monster but he's not." was she really having this conversation or hallucinating it?
