"Oh," Miranda said. She couldn't imagine she looked great - her arms were bleeding, her knees and well, and although there wasn't much blood, it didn't take much to get it all over her clothes and skin. Her hair was a mess and her trousers were torn. This hadn't been how she pictured meeting Cordelia's boyfriend, but she had never been so glad to see anyone in her entire life.
"I thought I was going to to be lost out here forever," she admitted, her voice flat. The long hours since midnight somehow seemed even longer.
