She hugged Hecate back and led them into her room. She didn't really think Aphrodite would be too happy about dog hair on the furniture. There was a settee in there that she liked to curl up on sometimes, but for right now, it would be a good place to sit.
She shrugged and crossed her legs underneath herself. "I don't know much more I can give you than I did Ares. Two or three inches taller than me, kind of...caramel-colored skin, full lips, dark brown hair. And it looked like...I could have sworn there were flames burning in her eyes." She replayed the whole encounter in her mind, brief as it had been, and remembered something else. "Oh, and she smelled like...like ash and roses. I remember thinking it was a really odd combination."
