Orpheus stayed seated, poised as Eurydice daintily ate. He couldn't even think of food. He watched her every move memorizing it again. How she sat, the way her fingers curled around an object. Even how her lips parted so she could chew. He realized he was being spoken to and snapped himself out of the trance.
