WHO: Perseus and Deirdre
WHAT: Searching for Briseis is going nowhere
WHEN: Tuesday night
WHERE: Deirdre's place
WARNINGS: TBA? Likely none.

Perseus was a hero. He rescued people, namely women. It was what he did. The fact that Briseis was missing and he couldn't find or help her was driving him mental. He had now expended all his contacts and it had come to nil. He had to return to Deirdre and tell her he couldn't find her friend.

It made him feel like a failure. If he couldn't save someone, was he still a hero? Was he anything any more? Should he hang up the firemen's outfit and work in a call centre?

He knocked on Deirdre's door, feeling upset and discouraged. The thought of Briseis still out there was weighing on him, even though he didn't know her all that well. He knew it would upset Deirdre. So he couldn't hide the frown on his face, not until he saw his Deirdre.
