Even if she already knew the answer, it was still a relief to hear him say it himself. She nodded, pleased. She set the bowl down, only half of it eaten now. "To be honest, I haven't felt right being above. I rarely ever go out in daylight anymore and I make sure my work shifts are at night. But..." she trailed off. "None of that matters anymore because I knew if I stayed in one place long enough we would find each other again."
She grinned then, a mischievous grin. "And now that we have found each other and Hades can't do anything about it, we should have our mortal aliases get married." They may always be husband and wife, but she would repeat their wedding day over and over as many times if she could. So just this once would be heaven.
