He frowned at Cassandra's rage, but then smiled. He hadn't a clue why she's said such a thing, but he wouldn't mention it again. He probably earned it.

He also didn't like being called a wolf, but he let it slide. His nerves were on the edge. Gently he wrapped his arms around his sister's shoulder. "Let's go home Cassie."

Cassandra drew close to her brother, wishing to curl into him and be saved. "Home," she repeated quietly. "Before gods speak, the death of spring where nothing can grow."

He kissed the top of her head, "alright." He gave Apollo a bow of his head before motioning Andromache along with them. He'd shown his face, it was enough.

Intrigued by the banter, Apollo watched them both turn to go. After his failed attempt with Cassandra, he'd moved on to other things. Avenging the death of his son had been pretty high on his to-do list at the time. He'd been angry, and short-tempered, and did not care of consequences.

His anger had mostly faded with his power, but he was still surprised by the return of Cassandra, especially after what he'd done to her. He would keep everything said in mind, and perhaps with some time, they'd be able to finish their conversation.
