Styx (Can be open, but she's not very social) [info]blackwaters 2011-06-26 02:11 pm UTC (link) Track This Styx didn't do parties and Styx didn't dress up. Thus is was that she remained on the edges, silent and watchful, wearing the same sort of thing - black trousers, button up shirt, leather jacket - that she wore any other day.
She was here only to observe to proceedings and come to her own conclusions about what was wrong in the pantheon. Because it was clear to her that the might of Olympus was failing, and not simply because of the lacking worship.
No, things needed to change and Styx would change them.
(Reply to this) Melpomene (Open to anyone) [info]tragicmask 2011-06-26 09:13 pm UTC (link) Track This If there was something Melpomene didn't like it was being commanded to a party because someone thought they had some sort of power over her. Had it not been for her sisters she wouldn't have gone at all. And she wouldn't look stunning as she did right now. She wasn't sure yet if she was over or underdressed.
Though her sisters had shown up farther ahead of her she didn't immediately approach them. She wanted to see what others were doing, and so far she had been a little disappointed. The best thing about it so far as that she could wander off and stare silently into the bright night sky of New York, which was exactly what she did. Every now and then she would peer and look at the crowd inside, but without really seeing. She wasn't entirely sure why she felt so timid that night.
(Reply to this) Dionysus - Open to ALL [info]dipsomaniac 2011-06-26 09:45 pm UTC (link) Track This Ariadne had convinced her husband to dress less effeminate than usual. He even made sure to add the tie that she'd been so insistent over. A new haircut and that same bright smile Dionysus was sure to bring the life to the party.
He showed late, as one could not be a proper crash to a big party if on time. With Ariadne on his arm he beamed giddiness, and drew eyes the moment he stepped in.
He was sure to lighten the mood. There were many faces he needed to see.
