Henry lay there for a while, and then he lifted his head to find Iestyn snoozing. He grinned adoringly and did his best to slide out of the bed without disrupting Iestyn. Then he bent to remove Iestyn's shoes. If Iestyn roused a little, he could just shuffle up and nod off again.
Iestyn was so cute and Henry moved to a chair nearby to read a book while Iestyn slept. He kept taking little breaks to look over at his husband though, just so happy to be back in the same space. To remind himself Iestyn was just there.
Hunger eventually started gnawing at his belly, so he headed into the little kitchenette to make something for both of them. He figured Iestyn would be hungry too, so he set about chopping up the veggies he had bought, to make some omelettes. He was sure the smell would rouse Iestyn from his sleep. He made a pot of coffee too, because after they ate, Henry had Plans. And they involved Not Sleeping.
