Henry listened to his husband and without the kneejerk reaction, he could see what Iestyn had meant. "Oh, r-right. No, I- I'm not certain," Henry admitted. "I was just- I guess hoping if I said it enough times I'd believe it?" he said, feeling disgusted with himself. "Bucking against being told there's something wrong with me."
He reached out his hand then, because he wanted Iestyn's reassurance, now that he understood what Iestyn had meant. "I- I don't want my parents to look at me like I'm wrong. Like I'm weak."
