"Oh, I don't make a lot," Freddie said apologetically. "I work with special needs young adults in a support home, and I do it for the love, not the money, I'm afraid." He shook his head slightly, acknowledging how poorly care workers get paid, as well as showing himself as humble and compassionate. Not intentionally of course, but if that's what Rhadika saw, then that was a benefit. "Those kids, though, they are something else. I am so happy to help them live fuller lives. Maybe I'll put the TV on for them so they can watch our new favourite weather presenter."
