"Oh believe me, I'm still going to take the hugs!" Henry said with a little laugh. He just felt bad because he knew she was doing it out of worry, but he was lapping it up.
"She's probably just thrilled someone wants to accept that many hugs," Addy said with a little one-shoulder shrug. "She was always hugging us at school and getting the 'Rhiannoonnnnn nooooooooo' treatment."
"I don't even think my parents know what school I went to," Henry said, though he looked thoughtful instead of upset about it. "Anyway! We're so looking forward to having you home. And I promise I'll calm down about the...watching you thing..."
Addy patted his knee again. "Henry, I really don't blame you at all. God, how- Were you able to get your prescriptions refilled quickly?"
Henry chewed his lip for a second, and then he nodded. "Yeah. Uhm. David's got my pills too. Just. For safety." He felt a little bit fucking ridiculous having his father-in-law dole out his meds, but it kept them safe from Addy until they could figure out some kind of locked system. His cheeks coloured a little, and Addy looked down at her hands.
