Henry slipped out of the car once it was parked and he ran around to open the door for Iestyn. He tried and mostly succeeded in not losing it laughing at Iestyn in the boot-sandals. He really wanted to take a photo, but he didn't think the car park at the psychiatric hospital was the place for that.
"Well I for one, think you look amazing," Henry said, holding out his hand for Iestyn to take. They walked in to the building together, and Henry saw what Tuck meant when he said the hospital was nice and looked more like a hotel. It really did.
They signed in, and removed anything potentially dangerous before they were let through to the waiting room. Henry had to work on not reacting to other people noticing Iestyn's footwear, but god it was funny. They reached the point where Iestyn would have to go on without him, so Henry gave his hand a squeeze. "I love you," he said. "I'm here afterwards."
Addy didn't know exactly what time Iestyn was coming, and she knew he would be shown to her room when he arrived. She was resting on her bed in her private room, reading a Stephen King novel. The room was simple, but nice and the place had obviously worked hard on making it look less like a hospital room. It had a television and a desk, and bright, floral curtains. Her window overlooked the garden below. It was nice.
