WHO: Clio, Will Stutely WHEN: Wednesday, late afternoon WHERE: Their house WHAT: Fussing and names WARNINGS: Unlikely?
Clio was now less than a week from her due date, which meant the baby could come at any moment. She had arranged for Ella to spend some time with both Patrick and Jacob, so that she could honestly just focus on resting.
Because if the baby didn't get out of her soon, she was going to scream. Her unborn daughter was crowding out her lungs and so moving was always exhausting. She was very much looking forward to having the baby here and being able to dote on her and bond with her. This last stretch of pregnancy had always been such an awful, dragging time.
Clio, who was resting in the lounge room, let out a frustrated groan sort of out of nowhere. The baby had moved, pushing on her pelvis and it hadn't felt great. She hadn't meant to make noise, because every time she did, Will came in all fussy and now that she had groaned, she was sure he was about to appear as if summoned.
