"Charity is important," Ash chimed in. "It shows a person's character." He was a little disappointed when he looked up at the church, because it was a lot smaller and humbler than he'd been picturing in his head. He'd seen illustrations of lofty spires and cavernous basilica, and this was definitely not that. Still, it was interesting to see, and it did have lovely stained glass windows. The community noticeboard inside the foyer was absolutely intriguing. Ash stopped to look at it, reading the messages left, advertising for odd jobs and various social groups and upcoming events. It was a reminder that real people existed here, not just sprites and faeries.
