Rosario had just sat down herself when Cathal pointed into the branches, and she leaned forward to look. It took her a moment to find it in amongst the leaves, and when she did she was surprised she hadn't seen it at once: the little bird had a brilliant splash of flame-orange staining its face and throat. A curious smile pulled at one corner of her mouth. "You really do know your birds. Are they common?" Rosario herself didn't know jack about birds, but Cathal had sounded excited to see it.
