The words had leapt out of Kaden's mouth before he could think about them, and they were followed by a rush of like, fried noodles deciding they were done sitting pretty in his stomach. He didn't wanna be saying that, he decided straight away. He didn't wanna be thinking about Tragos' death, but more especially about whether anyone in his family deserved what they got, or deserved to escape.
"I got homework," he said, hurriedly trying to put some distance between himself and those ideas that were too hard to think about. "Rye catching, you know. What's even to say, anyways?"
