Freyr was generally a pretty easygoing, laidback kind of god, so being invited to dinner with Persephone and Hades didn't worry him tremendously. Makaria was happy, therefore her parents would be happy. They would have a nice chat and get to know each other and things would go swimmingly.
Makaria was an absolute delight. He hadn't even minded much that he'd had to tell Freyja he was going to be monogamous for a while, because Makaria may be fresh but she was willing to experiment. He tried to keep himself as open as possible, gentle and encouraging and easy, to let her find her own way, but oh boy, the way she had moaned last time when he'd taken her from behind, her sweet face pressed against the sheets...
Probably fewer thoughts like that when meeting parents, though. He turned his head and smiled at her when she spoke to him, nodding in agreement. "I'm sure it will be very pleasant. I hope they like the flowers." He lifted the bouquet he'd brought as a gift for Persephone, because it was rude to show up empty-handed, and he hoped they made her smile- and perhaps win the pair of them over a bit. He stepped up to the front door and knocked confidently, giving Makaria a wink.
