Henry glanced sideways at Iestyn, and then he leaned forward to kiss his hair. He wanted to do more but now probably wasn't the time. "It is, isn't it?" he said, grinning.
"I really appreciate you both coming to talk to me," Armaan said, folding his hands together. "I just want to make sure both Avery and Lyra are happy and supported."
"Thanks for looking out for him," Henry nodded. "I should put more effort in, I always enjoy the time I spend with him. Except for in the haunted house..."
Armaan snorted loudly, "I still can't believe he took you on a date to a ghost hunt. Actually no. I can. And hey, you've been dealing with some rough stuff, both of you. Are you both okay?"
Henry glanced at Iestyn, and then back to Armaan. "I'm healing up. Getting better at the physical therapy. The uh...talking therapy's a work in progress. I think I'm doing far better than I could be though and it's all down to him," he said, giving Iestyn a squeeze.
