Henry and Armaan did sit, Armaan just blissfully unaware anything was amiss here. He passed them both a menu and said, "I'm full of news channel doughnuts, but I am definitely getting some coffee. The early mornings are brutal."
"I bet," Henry said, glancing over the menu a little. He was a little hungry, but he wasn't sure Iestyn was going to want to eat and draw this out at all. "I might get something to nibble on. So Avery and Lyra, hmm?"
Armaan let out a sigh and then he leaned forward on one hand. "I didn't know my housemate had gotten married. I didn't even know they were together until I walked back into the apartment after three weeks away and four days on the road, to find them very nearly naked in the kitchen."
Henry couldn't help it, he let out a loud snort and then his cheeks glowed red. "Oh my god, I'm sorry. Avery would have looked so grumpy!" Henry was very fond of his friend, but Avery would have looked grumpy!
"We all did, I think!" Armaan replied, smiling again. "Then they sort of sprang it on me before I was four steps into the apartment. Did they spring it on all of you?"
