Will sighed. "Yeah," he agreed. "You are." He looked away too, frowning. Tuck had done this. He'd brought it on himself. He had no right to try and reach out like this, playing on their shared history for sympathy. "You betrayed us, Tuck. I loved you, and you were playing me. And for what? It doesn't make sense." He'd thought it was a mutual parting, but was it really Tuck finally having his conscience getting the better of him after all?
