Being able to hear everything was almost as bad as being forced to watch it. Iestyn pressed his hands to the sides of his head and curled up on the ground against the back of the cell. He wanted to block the whole thing out but at the same time he had to hear it, to know what was happening, and not being able to hear it didn't help, because he was listening to see if he could hear it anyway. It sent shudders through him, and he broke into a cold sweat, just able to imagine how awful it all was.
When Henry was thrown back, he scrambled to his feet, but stayed at the back of his cell until Lucifer was gone. Then he looked to Henry and carefully approached the bars that now separated them. What was he supposed to say? That was just beyond words awful.
"Can- can I get you anything?" he almost whispered, wishing he could help.
