Who: Emma, Thomas, Charlotte, Jamie, and Maddy Kemp, Hermes (Others to be added/tagged as they appear)
What: Someone has to run this town
When: Modern times
Where: NYC
Warnings: Violence, language, all manner of illegal things
Notes: Mob AUUUUUUUUUU. :D

Most kids were born into normal families. They had fun, if fairly standard, childhoods, and grew up and headed off to college. Most of them didn't learn how to handle a knife at 10, and a gun at 14. But then, Jamie Kemp wasn't like most kids. He grew up knowing his family's place in the world, their position near the top of NYC's underworld. And he was also told, from a very young age, that there were people out there who'd try to kill him or his family, simply because they had what they had.

Which is why, at 19, he had a knife collection to make most chefs and Army Rangers jealous, and a .38 locked in his desk drawer. He never went anywhere unarmed, not even his grandmother's house. Which was where he was headed today, apparently the big boss was in town and had called this little meeting. So off he went.
