Anderson wouldn't mind her being leader, but I imagine he would be something of a close second in command. He's listening to everything, keeping an eye on everyone, and trying to find the fastest way to get this done without hurting anyone. He is very Spock-like in this whole thing.
He will ask Kaori for language tips. His fast computer brain will help him learn the language far faster than anyone else. And he will list his skill set, which is pretty much that he's a robot who doesn't feel pain. He has some nonlethal weapons from Wally on him, along with an extra battery cell for himself. He won't mention his extra battery unless it's necessary.
