Anderson only grudgingly goes along with the whole thing. The only reason he won't refuse to do the bidding of a big bad is that his parents are being threatened. Silently, he watched O'Kitty, with an odd sort of amusement on his face... because the evil toy thing reminds him of Natasha and her robot/toys.
He will be annoyed by any sort of snide comments between team members (YOSHIMI/KAORI) because they need to be a team. It's possible he'll be reminding people of this.
He's willing to do whatever it takes to do this, save for hurting people. As far as skill goes, he'll be best with combat and logic and keeping a cool head. He has no sense of pain and is a robot. So that has to be useful in this thing.
