"That's because you're special," Sam said, stopping by Jesse and giving him a little pat on the head. Once the box was open, though, he reached in as well, grabbing a milk chocolate selection.
"I'm not a smart man, Jesse," he said, his accent mingling horribly with his terrible Forrest-voice, "but I know what love is." He grinned at Jesse and took a bite of his own chocolate. Caramel. Yum.
"You're going to choke. Try savouring the damn thing." Damn, that was a lot of caramel. He worked hard at it for a moment, even as he moved further into the flat and threw himself down on the couch, head against the armrest and legs up, feet dangling off the edge. He popped the second half of the sweet into his mouth, and let the chocolate dissolve.
