First off, let me say that I really do like Iruka. I'm not sure where this came from. It started out as a kind of vignette exploring his character, because I think he's really intriguing, and then it took on a life of its own....
I'm a bit nervous about posting this one because it's such a departure from how I usually see Iruka's character. As always, feedback and/or constructive criticism will be very much appreciated.
