What: Encrypted Data Search of Private Records (because Oracle would have alerts for these kinds of things)
The search is well encrypted, and it's bounced not all over the States to throw off anyone who'd try to track it, but other countries as well. Of course, there's always someone out there who can be a bit better than someone who's no slouch at hacking and "anonymously" finding information ...
With the right program, the request will be sourced back to Gotham City, and the decrypted data will reveal a list of known hideouts of the criminal known as the Riddler. Included in this data set are estimated dates of habitation, crimes committed, and items stolen and hidden at said location.
The request itself was placed at an internet cafe downtown, by an "Arthur Wynne". A video feed from the cafe shows a man in a hoodie and sunglasses enter, plug in a USB flash drive, use the computer for ten minutes and then leave.
