Helena had expected a few pictures from her New Year's Eve with Johnny to show up in the tabloids. Cameras had been prevalent during the festivities and the two may or may not have goaded the paparazzo, but to wind up in the mess of New Years couples on the front cover was unexpected.
And she doubted Johnny had seen it.
It was after noon and Helena had taken to the streets to enjoy some the city. She had nestled herself in the corner of a coffee shop with the tabloid she had purchased from a street vendor. After flipping through the articles all abuzz with rumors on those who had been spotted the night prior, she grabbed her phone and gave him a call. "We made headlines," came her greeting. "How're you feeling?"
